    Really bad service, my wife do the contact lenses trial in Specsaver parramatta. They said the contact lenses order nomarlly take 2 weeks but my wife has to wait for almost 2 months. We have to contact them several times and they didnt even apologize for the delay.

    Bad experience, we booked appointment and came to store several times but staff said contact lenses still have not arrived. Wasted our time. I think optometrists do not have a good communication with store staff regarding to what customer really need. Staff do not know and optometrists only work casually.
